We are fifth generation Yakima Valley fruit growers.

Gilbert Cellars is our way to both honor our family’s legacy and put our own stamp on the Valley we call home.

We believe that what we’re doing matters—creating wines that celebrate the terroir we love.


White wine

2017 Unoaked Chardonnay

This 100% chardonnay sourced from Doc Stewart, Peach 10, Tissel, and Sunrise vineyards, spends 3 months in stainless steel. The nose greets you with bright tropical fruit. The palate is light with a smooth viscosity. A balanced acidity carries from start to finish.


Red wines

2016 left bank

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (48%), Merlot (43%), Malbec (5%), and Petit Verdot (4%) sourced from the River Ridge, Chukar, and Doc Stewart vineyards, comes to life with a fleshy palate of dark fruit and subtle earthy notes.

2018 allobroges

This blend of Syrah (37%), Grenache (36%), Mourvedre (27%), is medium bodied and fruit forward. Grapes were sourced from the Sugar Loaf, Two Coyote, and Doc Stewart vineyards, and aged for 9 months in 500L puncheons.
